Disappointed
The problem I find with most of these are they can't hold up very well. After my last one started grinding metal I was forced to buy a new one this time spending more money hoping it'd be better. Judging by the state of it now on only 4 days of use I MIGHT get another week out of this. I use this as a cardio exercise for an hour a day 5 days a week and we'll stuff is already grinding and cracking. For over 50 dollars this is kinda disappointing. I'm not abusing the machine or any of that so if you are planning to get this and use it regularly I wouldn't.For VERY basic use I would recommend it. It's a conferrable fit and is easy stepping up and down it's not tough or has a ton of ressistence. Hope this helps .Update it finally broke lasted about a month garbage product never heard back I'm over it.

Good quality stepper, but very noisy.... use WD40 protective white Lithium grease
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. (Update 1/17/20 ) I used WD-40 specialist protective white Lithium grease ($5 walmart). It has no noise and long lasting.---- (When 1st purchased )The stepper gives a great workout and has good quality materials. However, the first day it was quite then the next day it was extremely noisy and the bars were hot to the touch. I know this because I tried using the lubricate they provided to try and keep it from squeaking. It did not work. I was using the machine in my living room and my daughter came upstairs from the basement to see what I was doing because she could hear all the noise downstairs. I like the great workout it provides, but me and my family can not get passed the noise.

Unpaid, unbiased, honest review.
I was looking to purchase the Sunny Health & Fitness stepper but they were sold out. This Efitment stepper seemed to be similar and at a comparable price. I've been using it everyday for 20 minutes for the past two weeks. It doesn't overheat, it's durable, looks nice and is quiet enough. Personally, I don't find the tension hard enough where some people commented that it was too hard. I don't know if this is personal preference or inconsistencies in production? However, it still works great. The only con is that I have to turn it over and tighten the tension cord every time I use it because it works itself loose. Not a big deal. I'm 5'2", 130 pounds, for reference. All in all, for the price, I'd definitely recommend!

I love this thing
I absolutely love this thing. It is really well made, it comes already assembled, and when paired with a resistance band it is an awesome workout. I got the version without the resistance band because I already owned a resistance band. I was able to loop mine through the base of the stepper easily and it works great. I posted two pics because the stepper said I burned far fewer calories than my Polar H10 heart monitor. I am 100% confident that the Polar reading is the accurate one. My heart rate was up the whole time.

Great for the Office
I work in an office and sit too much throughout the day. It’s also been stressful at work lately. I bought this stepper to have at my desk so I can hop on it throughout the day to get easily steps in and for a productive way to manage stress. It’s compact yet very sturdy. I have been getting on it every 15-30 minutes for 1-2 minutes at a time. Even for those short intervals, I can feel it working my legs and heart. It’s perfect for my needs.

Good workout!
I've been using the stepper for a few weeks, about 30 min. each time, and I love it! I go at the fastest pace I can, safely, on the unit. I usually work out on an elliptical at my gym, but lately I haven't had time to go to the gym, so I bought the stepper. The unit doesn't take up much space at all, is light enough to pick up and move around. I have a spot for it in our mud room, set it up across from a counter where I watch shows on Fire Tablet while I work out. I pair it with a resistance strap.I did have to contact the seller after one week b/c the interface would indicate I had stopped even though I hadn't, and the seller immediately responded to me, sent me a new interface (which is easily replaceable, it just pops in and out). As it turns out, the problem was a simple fix: after using the stepper for a few minutes, the interface wiggles out of it's holder just a bit, so the system thinks you've stopped. I'll fix the issue by using black duct tape to firmly secure the interface in its holder.Stepper was usable right out of the box. I love this thing b/c I can get a quick workout at home!!
