I love this set! It is beautiful and comfortable. The cushion covers are washable. The frame is sturdy. Assembly took one person (me) 5.5 hours and required some difficult positioning. However, the instructions are very clear. All the tools needed are provided. With 2 people the assembly would've taken about 3.5 to 4 hours. It was well worth it.

If your looking for a piece of garbage to purchase, or want to buy a gift for someone you don’t like, then here is your chance?? I purchased 2 separate 7 piece sets of Solaura to fill a 40X40 deck. Dropped over $1500. When it arrived I was pleased. Assembly took some time but I was fine with it. After 3 months the fake paper thin vinyl starts to crack and because it is woven, it completely falls apart. This furniture has always been covered and never exposed to the elements. For over a month I tried working with Dooriya from customer service to try and resolve and or come up with a mutually agreed plan for partial reimbursement or new item. It was like communicating with a person who couldn’t read! they never looked at my comments, only what they wanted to say. Best offer they could extend was "We can give you $50 off your next set". Completely unacceptable. I have never written a review, any deficiencies i always extend to the manufacturer in an effort to resolve that is mutually beneficial. But in this case, I needed to voice my opinion to anyone who is looking to buy a Solaura Patio Set. Stay clear of this company. THEIR PRODUCT IS POORLY MADE and their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT is an embarrassment to any person who has worked with another person towards resolution. I hope this message reached as many people as possible to avoid a future headache and eyesore that resembles what should be a piece of furniture.

The couch colors are as advertised and look quite nice. It is about what I expected quality wise for the price. My parents have a higher quality outdoor sectional with similar layout. It is double the price and double the quality from a finish and comfort standpoint. Items to note:- Legs are cheap looking- Rattan is thin but seems it will hold up- Seat cushions are firm (not overly comfortable)- Back rest is lower than expected but will work- Seems sturdy after installationOverall it is a decent outdoor couch, it could be a bit deeper with taller backrests and I would rate it much higher. If you are looking for a comfortable outdoor lounging couch I would look elsewhere. If you are on a budget and looking for a couch that will get the job done this is a good option.NOTE: I have not received all of the items (missing coffee table, leveling screws for corner sections, glass top) and reached out to the seller for information on when/if I will receive these items. I have not heard back after 3 attempts to contact them and am skeptical I will receive a response. I have seen from other reviews sometimes they just ship the missing parts without telling the customer so hopefully they will arrive in the coming days. If I do not receive a response or the items I will need to take other actions and report the seller to amazon.

Good product, the cushions and sections do tend to slide out of place easily. But overall good. Would buy again.

We're really happy with the way this looks on our patio. The way that you can easily arrange the seats in different ways makes it simple to work into any space. We have a toddler so the lack of sharp corners and sturdiness is a big plus too.We did have a minor issue with one of the chairs but the seller was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting it fixed. Definitely recommend both the sectional and seller.

Great product and color is spot on. Assembly takes some time, as expected. It fits our deck great. Very comfortable, we will be adding Velcro to the backs to help the cushions stay in place. Very happy for the price.

This set at first appeared reasonable but I strongly suggest to avoid this set. Its not durable for outside use. This is the third summer we have used it and have kept it covered during the winter. After a season and a half, the woven pieces started to loosen and by the second and third season, all the pieces have show some deterioration. The table completely fell apart and all chairs are coming undone. The company's customer service is not helpful.

~ Shipping is Terrible. Parts that are defective are not available for replacement. ~ Unfortunately shipping takes several weeks. The sofa is sent by several shipments through FedEx and UPS. We received the covers first. The following week we received the corner pieces. About a week later we received two of the other pieces and a few days later we received the other two. The packaging for shipping is very good.~ I noticed one foot was bent. I checked to see if it was the foot or the part itself and communicated with the seller. They responded to each message the following day. It was confirmed it was an error in manufacturing the part not the foot. The part is not available for replacement so they requested I take the corner apart and send it back so they can apply for a replacement. With shipping taking so long and no guaranteed replacement after they apply for one I’m not comfortable sending it back and will just hope that the pressure from sitting will not bend the corner further and break. We did switch the corners so that it would be on the end instead of the middle where most of us sit hoping to limit the risk of it bending.~Over The covers are a nice quality. They are a heavy enough denim material that they will last a while. The sofa is nice minus the foot problem. The sofa as a whole is sturdy and easy to assemble. It was a perfect fit for my sun/screen room that we wanted as a summer media room.
