Just installed this, all is well so far
I installed this in my laptop last night and everything went perfectly! My original Dell XPS 13 9350 had some bulging battery problems. The BIOS told me the battery was at ~85% health yet my space bar was barely working and the middle of my keyboard appeared sunken in due to the two (out of four) outside battery cells were bulging considerably. Once I opened up my laptop, it was clear that those two battery cells were about twice as thick as they were supposed to be!Installing this battery was easily enough as long as you have a T-5 Torx screwdriver & a #0 Phillips screwdriver. Having a wedge (plastic credit card works) to pry up the bottom was very helpful. Ifixit has a nice step-by-step tutorial to follow for this laptop, I highly recommend it! Once I turned on the computer, all booted just fine. The battery was charged to ~65% and the Dell BIOS did not make any complaints about the battery at all. It takes a charge and holds a charge just fine (well, as fine as I can tell within a ~12 hour period).I'll update this review in the future if there are any issues, but so far it's good! Now I did have one problem, although it's not at all the battery's fault. While I had my laptop open, I decided to upgrade both the wireless NIC and the SSD at the same time. You can get Intel-based WiFi 6 (802.11ax) & Bluetooth 5.0 cards from Intel or Killer (search for model "AX200") for about $35 that are compatible with this laptop. Also, you can get an Intel 660P 1TB NVMe SSD for under $100 that is perfectly compatible (Macrium Reflect Free makes it easy to image, from within Windows, your current drive to the new SSD with the new drive in a "SHINESTAR M.2 NVME Enclosure USB C" enclosure). So all of these changes functionally worked just fine but kicked Windows out of activation and required a phone call to Microsoft to resolve the activation issue (I tried all of the tricks to rearm the activation but I needed Microsoft's intervention to fix the issue). All in all, I would recommend this battery with a slight hesitation simply based on how few reviews there are and how short of time I've had the battery. I definitely feel safer that my laptop won't burst into flames with the new battery, but it seems that I won't have a really good idea of how well the battery does for another month and then again for another 2 years. So I'm sharing what I can now. Good luck with your replacement search & efforts!

DOESNT WORK bios wont recognize battery
Im finally getting around to writing a review. I bought this battery for my mom for her xps 9350, and when we replaced the original with this one, the laptop wouldnt recognize this battery as a useable power source despite many attempted work arounds in the bios. Maybe i just got a dud, as it sounds like that may be the case from other reviews. I will gladly update the review if/when i get a working replacement.

Seller was very responsive to some issues I had
Purchased two of these batteries. Had an issue with one. This is understandable with electronics. One phone call to seller and I had a replacement in 2 days. Battery fit perfectly.I call that great service. The battery life is OK but not great. Not sure any battery will last very long in the Dell XPS 13.

Not accepted by Dell, will not charge --> Excellent customer support
**UPDATE**After leaving a 1-star review customer support reached out to me to remedy the issue. They personally tested another battery before sending it out to me and this one works without issue.Original review:Bought this to replace my Dell XPS 9350 battery which was explicitly advertised to fit this model. While it did fit physically, Dell BIOS did not recognize the battery as genuine and refused to charge it. I thought I may have got a bad battery and ordered a replacement.... same thing with the 'new' battery. Both batteries are useless.

Did not last more than 10 months
Was able to get 2-3 hours of battery usage on full charge under light browsing activity when new. Battery suddenly died after 10 months, though. Would not take a charge and laptop would immediately shutdown if power supply was disconnected.

Extremely Impressive high quality inexpensive battery
There are a lot of laptop batteries on Amazon at a wide range of prices (about $35 to $75) - how do you choose? Like a lot of shoppers, you shop on price, but avoid the very cheapest if they have 'bad' reviews. This one from GHU at around $40 fits the bill. When shopping for a new battery, I noticed two capacities given: 52Wh and 56Wh. And even so, some users showed the capacity reported by the o/s was 48Wh or even less. I found that the very cheapest ones were 52Wh, maybe they use a tiny bit less battery material to keep the cost down. But since my original Dell battery was 56Wh, I decided to shop for that, and the one from GHU was the least expensive one at 56Wh. As for reviews, most of these batteries have very few reviews, so you can't really make a decision based on review feedback alone. The feedback on 'capacity' was inconclusive, and with very few reviews, it's time to take a punt and choose. The GHU estimated 2-day delivery by Saturday with prime - the quickest I found - where many others were 1 week out, even with prime. The battery from GHU arrived on time, and came shrink-wrapped in a very nice box, with padding and an anti-static bag. Very impressive! Looks like a quality-made item at a bargain price. Installation went very easily. I Watched a few youtube videos, to understand how to properly remove the back, which is important! Don't destroy your nice laptop because you didn't take the time to get training on how to properly take it apart. Be SURE that you have the right tools - a Torx T5 and Philips P-zero - usually available in a jeweller's screwdriver kit. With the back off, the battery comes out easily with 4 screws, and the new one goes in. Be SURE that you press-and-hold the power button for 20 seconds to discharge memory of the old battery, and then fire it up. I pressed F12 to get the boot menu and chose "diagnostics" - the old 3-year old Dell battery gave a capacity of 30%, and diagnostics found that it has "reached the end of its useful life" - the new GHU battery shows capacity of 100%. Good to go!!I wholeheartedly recommend this battery.
