Oyster Culture Paperback – July 1, 2010

This books is great recipes and history of the controversial oyster beds on Drakes landing in Point Reyes. The bookstore there was sold out so I bought it on line at a big discount. If you are an oyster aficionado this is must reading.

This is not so much a book but a collection of scatter brained Wikipedia pages slapped together. I literally read this “book” in 20 mins and am now dumber for reading it. Waste of 10$
