Great Set But May Be Faulty
This is a fun complete set and just what I wanted. Unfortunately, the ‘1’ balloon had faulty seems halfway around and was worthless so my 21 year old was ‘2’ instead. Other than that, the only fault I can find is that the little stickies don’t hold the Mylar balloons on the wall. Better to hang them with the provided loopholes.

Balloons deflated after 2 hours. But everything else was beautiful.
Beautiful prouduct. You need to assemble the banner together with the string they provide you with. Everything is included. I was able to use the foil curtain, foil number balloons, birthday banner, and number 13 stick. Unfortunately, I was unable to use all the balloons as they deflated after a few hours. Had to run to party city and purchase more for the party. The number 13 stick came a little bent but I made the best of things.

Beautiful And Easy
The rose gold color is pretty and matches well with the other decor in the set. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it even comes with glue dots so it makes arranging the balloons extremely easy. No need to purchase helium separately and fight to arrange balloons and try to keep them in place. Overall it was a great purchase for the price.

You get what you pay for
The package is a great deal for the money, but you get what you pay for. All of the items arrived in a tiny box about 8x4x1. The sash and the banners were folded to fit inside and had many fold lines. The overall quality was cheap and not very impressing.

Balloons are poor quality
Both the mylar balloons and the latex balloons in this set wouldn't hold helium. Latex balloons popped when they were blown up (tried both helium and oxygen). The foil curtain ripped when it was hung. Created a huge mess. Would return if I could pick up all of the confetti from the carpet when these exploded in our faces when trying to blow them up.

Balloon had a hole ):
Beautiful decorations for my 21st birthday!!! Only issue was that my big 1 had a hole in it ): I just put some tape over it & it held a little bit... but not great. But i did get a lot of complements on the decor. You definitely get what you pay for!
