Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  These resistance bands are perfect for all of my at home work out needs. They are expertly made with high end durable stitching and craftsmanship. The metal carabiners are sturdy and strong. The rubber resistance bands are individually marked with color matching stitching to show their weighted resistance, and the handles are made with great foam grippers, the ankle bands have a nice comfort foam lining so there is no chafing. The set also comes with a door jam attachment to use anywhere there is a door! I like that the booklet/instruction manual comes with a variety of uses and what exercises you can do to target different muscle groups. These are a great addition to at home work out equipment! I really like them.

This is exactly what I needed to do my work out to combat my osteoporosis. I wasn’t sure before I got it how the door anchor would work so I am attaching a picture for others to see it. It’s so easy even I could figure it out.

When my gym closed because of the pandamic I thought I would pick up some dumb bells at the local retail big box stores. Nope, sold out and really pretty expensive. So, I thought the resistance band option would be worth a try. Glad I did and glad I got this set. Came when expected and really high quality. With the versatile strap sizes, I can do all my muscle groups. So far, I'm really loving these and the little guide gives some good tips on usage and anchoring with the door.#Work_out_from_Home

It's a great product for exercise. Especially during the quarantined, and the gym shut down. I got this almost a week, and i didn't find any problems. It's great product that I would recommend.

Great bands so far. Have used all of them for weeks several times a week without issue.The first 30lb band came with a flattened kink. I didn’t want to use it as it’s structural integrity could be an issue. When I asked the company for a replacement 30lb band they replied same day and send a new one the next day. I didn’t just get a replacement band - they sent me a whole new set! Wow!On opening the new set I noticed that how the 30lb band is being packed may be causing the kink to occur as the second 30lb almost had the same issue isn’t eh same spot but upon uncurling the entire cable it was fine. Phew.

I absolutely LOVE these and I can’t believe how good they are for the price. Normally a decent and solid ankle strap alone is $10 but this comes with 2 plus five resistance bands and an anchor and two handles 😭 it’s such a good deal and it’s amazing for resistance training at home if you’re like me and want to grow your arms and glutes without driving to the gym and paying for expensive home equipment. They’re super versatile, I think with modifications you can work out any muscle group and find many ways to work out legs arms and glutes especially. It’s great too because at my regular gym someone took the gyms ankle straps now I can bring my own so I’m not disappointed lolBut yeah I really recommend these if you wanna try at home resistance training and for ppl who don’t like to pay for gyms or working out in front of other people. You just use your body weight or your door to anchor and then you start exercising. This is a great deal for expert gym goers too bc it’s very good and very inexpensive equipment that can be added to a workout or used at home for a rainy day when the gym is too far

I'm thrilled that these resistance bands came so quickly!! I ordered them on Saturday, May 2, 2020, and they were supposed to arrive 5/11-5/17, but they came on May 4th. I had ordered these as a backup, because the originals(Jaeden), that I ordered from Amazon were supposed to arrive by May 29th, which then got move to 5/01-5/05. The updates on shipping for the originals gave me no hope that they'd ever show up. Because I'm a personal trainer, who had nowhere to train his clients since March 16th, because of Covid-19, I needed bands desperately to train a couple of my clients via Zoom or Facetime. So, I was thrilled to get these Letsfit bands in a very timely fashion. But, my big disappointment is that the actual bands themselves are 39 inches long, and not 46 inches like any others I've used. This manufacturer tries to make up the lack of length by adding an extra length of cloth tail to the handles. The problem is that this really limits the range of motion, and the exercises don't feel as biomechanically correct as those that have the correct length. I have to take part of the blame, here because Letsfit does show the length of the tubes on the Amazon listing, but I assumed all tubes would be 46-47", because all the ones I've seen and used in the past were that length. I've recommended the Letsfit bands to several clients, so I'll try to get them to cancel those and find ones that are the correct length. Lesson learned-Pay Attention!!!

Sucks that all the gyms are closed now, started building a home gym, but without spending a fortune hard to get all the machines needed. These have allowed me to start targeting areas that I was missing with my limited home gym. Really nice quality, full package, all works as expected. A lot cheaper than more freeweights or machines. Recommended. (not sure why I can't post a pic in review like I used to)
