This is a Turquoise “colored” stone. Not genuine Turquoise. I should have known better seeing as how it was so inexpensive.

Real turquoise is expensive, so I knew that these would be very low quality, but thought I would try them anyway. In reality they are quite beautiful beads, they are smooth, shiny and have a beautiful tone. But they are not turquoise, they are probably died howlite. If this had been advertised as died howlite, I would have been pleasantly happy. But because it is advertised as turquoise I am extremely disappointed. FALSE advertising.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  These beads are absolutely beautiful! However, they aren't 10mm. They seem to be 9mm. I've included a video of the sparkle because it's amazing, as well as a comparison to an actual 10mm opal bead from another seller.

I purchased these because the colors looked nice, and some answers in the Q&A indicated they were real volcanic lava beads that could be used for essential oil absorption/diffusion. They are pretty beads, with a nice, smooth surface and pleasant colors. However, I dripped some oils on them to test their usefulness for diffusion purposes, and the oil just sits on the surface of the bead. The beads I received cannot be used as aromatherapy jewelry. They also appear to run small to me. I'm just eyeballing against a tape measure with mm measurements on it, but I believe they are 13mm instead of the 14mm stated. On the plus side, they are consistent in size, whatever exact size they are. I would not purchase again, due to the fact that I was looking for diffuser beads. If you are looking for pretty beads like this to use in non-aromatherapy jewely, these may be for you.

These are packaged nicely but the color isn't close to the shade that is pictured. Yellow is my favorite color so I was excited to get these, instead I got a cream color.

These are so small and look nothing like opals. that look like white and clear plastic beads

the beads I got were really dark and I'm almost sure they are glass beads and not original garnet. I gave them to my daughter. Wouldn't buy again.

The bead color is not close to the images used. The beads are beautiful but will not work for what I bought them for.

These beads are soo pretty! They a bit darker then the pictures but still soo nice,you can make maybe 2 bracelets or maybe 3 if you mix some beads. I can't wait to make jewelry out of them! I totally recommend!!!! Go buy if you love hot pink!!!!!

I used this for the centers of succulents.I would like brighter colours in larger beads like 16mms.
