I'm in love!!
Amazing quality for the price, and half the cost of thinx. I own the hiphugger thinx but one panty isn't enough to get through a whole cycle and the price tag on thinx is too high to get more. The thinx panties don't have the absorbent material in the front but these do. These also cover your whole behind unlike my hiphuggers. I think these could fit any body type because the material is so form fitting and the elastic is the perfect amount of stretch and does run true to size. The leak proof PUL material in these is exactly the same as my thinx. I poured water on these to test that they absorbed and they held up. Just like with pads, clots will take some time to absorb. If it's big I'll just wipe it off with some toilet paper. No big deal. The only difference in these and thinx is thinx uses polyester and nylon on the non absorbent part, and these have organic cotton which I much prefer because it isn't as hot and far more comfortable. There was a bit of a swish sound while walking but it seems to lessen after some washes. I looked around at some Asian brands but I only wanted black so there would be no staining and didn't want to hassle with sizing returns. My periods are all over the place so sometimes I'll have a very light flow and can get by on just the panties but other times it can be very heavy and I'll have to use their reusable pads as backup. They are great for working out too if you don't want to show sweat and they stay put. These and the reusable pads are the best purchase I've made for my periods ever.

Amazing Replacement for Pads/Tampons
HOLY COW. I did not expect a lot of out these things. Honestly, I hoped for the best, but was about 98.3% sure that I'd end up regretting this purchase. For the first time in my life, I'm happy to say I WAS WRONG.I'd been contemplating buying Thinx underwear for a while. I know no one personally who's tried them and so I was really on the fence about it for a long time. They're $30-$40+/- PER PAIR, folks. That's one hell of a commitment. So, I figured I'd try out my handy-dandy oh-so-loved Amazon and see what they had to offer. After sifting through several other "period underwear", this was the only one that actually said it could be used as a REPLACEMENT for pads/tampons (all others were as 'backup protection from leaks'. The reviews were pretty good, too, so after reading a bit to make sure of the fit and size I should order, I took the plunge. I'm 5'8" and weigh about 105-110 lbs; I typically wear a size 2/small. I ordered a Small and was amazed at how well they fit. They came in a plain plastic bag inside of a padded Amazon shipping bag. No weird manufacturing smell or anything like that. They're super soft and did I mention how well they fit? The waist comes up just high enough to cover my hip bones, but is soft enough to not press on an already-abused abdomen; they cover my cheeks and don't slip around throughout the day, either. I mean, they're even still a little sexy but in a completely innocent/practical way. There isn't a weird plastic-y feeling, but you can hear crinkling in the absorbent/leak-proof material as you're putting them on, but it's not enough to hear throughout your day. The coverage area is bigger than what I saw of Thinx on their website, too. The coverage goes all the way from the top of my pubic bone, down and around, all the way up to the waistband on the back. The underwear fit snugly, but not "tightly", don't move around, don't shift, and don't wear out to become loose and baggy towards the end of the day (or even through the night).I started my trial run of these bad boys on Day 2 of my period (which is the heaviest). I can usually go through a S+ tampon in about 4 hours on Day 2. After 6 hours of manual labor and a lot of intermittent standing/sitting, I felt like I was testing destiny if I left them on any longer. No need to worry, however. These things had plenty of fight left in them. I did change into a new pair, but then I wore that second pair through the evening, (unexpectedly) fell asleep in them and wore them through breakfast the next morning. Totally fine. Even through that early-morning "gush and rush" run to the bathroom after sitting up in bed. No leaks. My clothes and sheets were totally protected throughout all of this. And cleaning them? Not as bad as some might fear. There's no gross red clots or dark sludge. It's a pair of black panties that you rinse in the sink (or shower if it's that time of day for you). A little ruddy-brown water rinses away until it's clear, then hang them on the side of the sink/tub so they don't mildew while awaiting the washing machine. Easy Peasy Rice and Cheesey.I'll never go back to pads/tampons. Ever. Again.

Cup user, PCOS person, I like to give way too many details, great panties!
These are fantastic. I ordered a little bigger based on other reviews, and I think I could have gotten away with my actual size, but they might have been tight in the leg holes (that sounds SO weird but whatever). I use a menstrual cup and these are my life changers so I don't have to use liners all day every day. I have PCOS so my period is ridiculously painful and my uterus loves producing so. much. detritus.ANYWAY. My cup isn't enough to hold all the fluid for more than two hours on a couple of my heaviest days, so I leak. These panties save my clothing and my peace of mind. They're comfortable. I've washed them, they're fine and keep their size well.

These are amazing.
Absolutely fantastic. I am so, so happy with these. They look and feel like normal panties. The absorbent part is shockingly thin. They feel very comfortable. Also, I am quite sensitive to synthetic fabrics and very picky about the breathability and fit of my underwear. There is a part on the back that you can sometimes feel, but it's no biggie. My only complaint would be that it creates an indentation on the hips because they are so fitted, but I'm guessing this is unavoidable, as you need them to fit snug to avoid leaks.I am brand new to period panties, but I bought a pair of Thinx (the Hiphugger) at the same time as these. These are far superior, in my opinion. With the Thinx I had a leak within about an hour. I have had no leaks with these. These are more comfortable and even, I think, more attractive. I am a size 00 (34-inch waist), and I was worried these would be too big, as the smallest size was small. However, they fit perfectly, which is why I stated that they fit "somewhat small." The Thinx did come in XS, but they seemed huge to me, which is possibly part of the reason for the leak. Anyway, I am so happy with these I just had to write a review. The best part? I thought washing them would be gross, but it is totally not. At all. So easy, and they dry super fast. I know these will be life-changing for me. Even pads and pantiliners made for sensitive skin, etc, caused irritation, itching, pH changes, and yeast infections for me. I am so happy to never deal with that again! I'm also thrilled to be reducing my carbon footprint.THANK YOU SO MUCH for this amazing product!!!!
