Been using this consistently on my face, neck and chest - 1 or 2 times a week - for 3 months now. I use the face roller and eye roller. From the first use I saw immediate results. At first it found it was mild/medium pain when using it on my face, especially bony areas like the forehead, nose, cheekbones and upper lip but after a couple of times that pain reduces and you completely get used to it.After using it, yes your face is a bit red and mine tends to get oily from my Vit C serum (almost like it seeps out a bit from the small abrasions) but I just massage it in with clean hands if my face feels super oily. Also, I use this at nighttime to avoid discomfort from oily skin or my face feeling tender and itchy. The next day after using it, the redness has gone but my face still stings slightly and might be a bit itchy but that GLOWWW (so worth it)!! Then by the following day, everything has completely settled and my face looks fab. I find that with regular use it reduces spots/blemishes, smooths and plumps my skin, makes my skin glow, reduces fine lines, tightens my skin and significantly reduces dark marks. It is a very good and inexpensive step in my beauty routine.You do need to be careful so that you don't press too hard which could damage your skin or cause slight bleeding - more pain/pressing harder doesn't give you better results, it might actually make your skin worse. You also need to be very clean about using this and soak it in alcohol/surgical spirit every time, always have clean hands and clean your face properly using a good cleanser and the cleaning tool it comes with (I usually double cleanse using my usual face wash with my Braun face brush, then again with the cleaning tool after for that extra clean, then I use my toner before I apply my serum and start dermarolling, then I apply my serum again after I have finished dermarolling). I also rinse the roller with boiling water after soaking in the alcohol cause I don't like using it straight onto my face after it has been in the alcohol. Takes about 20 mins to do my face, neck and chest.All in all, strongly recommend.(P.S. I also tried it on my legs using the larger roller to see if it'd make any difference to my skin like it had with my face. I focussed mainly on my thighs, hips and bum, especially on stretch marks - if I am honest it made no difference and just made the areas itchy for a couple days. This didn't put me off at all but for me it didn't add anything.)

Item is well packaged. Though the 6 in 1 is exaggeration. Its 5 in one.I have used this product just once after I tested the roller on a banana to see the effect. I'm glad I did this because otherwise I would probably overdo the treatment. I followed instructions and all is well. My face was itchy in places after a couple of hours but that was settled by the next day.I am pleased with my first ever derma rolling experience and the derma roller set.I would recommend the set I purchased and also to follow the instructions or test the effects of the roller on a banana like I did.

I bought this to improve my skin texture and it does exactly what it says. It is really simple to use. I like that it comes with various needles roller heads and a disinfection basin. It comes in sterile packaging.I am new to this, but my skin looks better.Would definitely recommend.

I think some of the needles in the largest head are not so sharp. No matter how I use it, that head always leaves me with what looks like scratches so can tell that needles on one of the sides aren’t right but it isn’t visible to me eye. I don’t have this issue with the smaller heads. I just get on with it anyway because it still does help but I wouldn’t purchase it again. If I ever get another, it’ll be a higher quality one that I know has sharper needles that penetrate properly

It does what it says exactly.I like how tidied the box is.The Disinfection Basin makes life easy with less mess, u put alcohol and and soak the head and it's all done.

Order arrived in perfect condition. Loved the welcome note. Is easy to use and instructions are all in English so that's a plus. All in all a great purchase.

Fab product which is improving my skin greatly easy to use and good price

Just opened the box. It’s a bit plastic-y but seems like it might do the job. Cleanser head and 300 needle head both cracked as soon as I tried to put the handle in. But it reflects the price point. The case is useful as it puts everything together. Not sure how long it will all last.
