Well this is a game changer for this cheese shredding averse person. This handy, well constructed gizmo brings the shredding of cheeses out of medieval times and eliminates that nagging and ever present apprehension of shredding a knuckle one gets when using a standard shredder as I have for decades. Works very efficiently and has proven top rack dishwasher safe making it easy to clean which assures continued use in my kitchen. Only things I can mention which could be construed as areas of improvement are: 1. It’s pretty darn noisy. 2. Instruction booklet isn’t really that instructive I don’t see these aspects as a big deal because the device makes quick work of shredding and simple to figure out how to put together and operate.

Extremely disappointed this is a waste of time and money. It is supposed to slice thick and thin and I used both on a cucumber and they came out exactly the same width almost paper thin. I also used the grater for baby carrots and although they did “grate” but it kept jamming. I read reviews and was so looking forward to having something to speed up slicing grating but this “professional” slicer isn’t worth it.

We mainly use this shredder to turn large blocks of cheese into shreds. For the last several years we have used a salad shooter for the job. This shredder is less fatiguing to use because you don't have to hold it, it just sits there and you feed it. Cleaning off the cheese is easy if you take the disassembled components over to the sink and rinse them with hot water while the cheese is still moist. It is useful to sit the machine on something to use a large bowl to shred into because the machine is rather short.

Product is staining, worked best only on carrots. The cute is small

We just love this shredded and slicer. We are using it almost every day for salads and other meals. Its very convenient to use and can be cleaned quickly. Its so good that we have recommended this to friends and family. My parents have purchased one too and they too love this product.

I love this product! It is easy to use, it has a rack for holding the different blades.....it is also a breeze to clean!

Not a good product - a food processor will do a much better job

It's does not slice as well as I like, having a hard time getting the salad maker to look like the pictures. Thanks
