The vest is pretty decent quality considering the cost. It's a little short at the waist for my liking, but overall, holds me together well. I bought one size smaller than I usually take. The fastenings are both metal clips and a sturdy zip, it's an effective solution for my tummy which could be defined as rotund. I also doubt I'd be able to button up if there wasnt both. I decided to double up with a waist shaper too, the waist shaper adds that extra element of support and smoothing definition around the tummy area. Overall quite pleased.

Very pleased I suffer from a bad back found this vest gives you that bit of support ,as well as helping with posture, remember to button hooks and eyes first then zip up. This vest is good quality and is well worth the money ,so I have ordered another one which arrived today.
