Once again Amazon came through with something I thought would be difficult to find. They wine stopper bases arrived as advertised, are of very good quality, and fit perfectly. I had some carved wooden stopper tops that needed this bottom portion, and these worked like a charm

What I didn’t realize when I bought these for my husband is that a special attachment is required for woodturning these. It’s probably in the listing, but I didn’t notice it. They are heavy and good quality from what I can tell (haven’t been able to use yet, as he had to wait for the attachment to turn them first).

These are perfect and they have a nice rubber seal on them

I bought other bottle stoppers to begin with and for some reason, they didn’t fit any bottle I had around the house. So then I bought these. These were cheaper but they fit every bottle I have because of the taper. The only dislike I have is they feel like a little lesser quality than the stainless steel tear drop stopper that I bought and the thread post unscrews. Other than that, they work for what I need and they make great gifts.

Okay not the best! But looks good when polished up nice! Inner threads can be taken out so it makes cleaning stopper easy!

Fair product at a fair price. Seems well made,but making Christmas presents, so haven't used.
