AYUDAN CON LA ANSIEDAD
Yo empecé tomando la dosis full y eso me cayó super mal . Pero luego empecé con una pastilla al día durante una semana y así sucesivamente hasta que ya me tomaba 4 al día . Es BUENÍSIMA para la ansiedad y ayudarte a controlar las ganas de comer a cada rato . Apesar de que tiene mucha cafeína duermo delicioso sin problema pero a la vez durante el día te da mucha energía. Apenas voy en mi primer pote así que cuando tenga otros cambios haré otra reseña 🤓
