This has been my favorite herbal estrogen blocker. This is not a synthetic compound. This is the best natural estrogen blocker one can take. The drying effects are evident if you have a good diet. In other words, you will lose water, as expected when you have reduced estrogen. There is some possible joint discomfort when estrogen is lowered or low. This is not for alarm, as it comes with the territory of an estrogen blocker that works. Use mutual support and fish oil with this; you should use them daily anyway. I personally love this product and I think it is a treat as far as supplements go.

This is an effective product. I have felt a noticeable boost in my workouts and certainly have achieved the lean look I was after. I would caution that taking it at 3 times a day is too much and will lead to too much suppression of estradiol. I got joint pain right around a week and a half. Took a few days off and was better. Libido and joint pain seem related so be cautious.

Very powerful AI. Produces very fast results as well. I've leaned/dried out incredibly in just a couple weeks...has exceeded my expectations. I was looking unusually puffy and flabby and wasn't sure why but assumed my estrogen could be running higher than normal. It seems I was right, as I'm now looking tight and lean again. Yes it does (or can) give you dry/cracking joints. I didn't reduce the rating based upon that however simply due to the fact that is more or less to be expected with significantly lowered estrogen levels. A comprehensive joint supp could possibly lessen this, at the moment I'm simply upping my daily dose of MSM. Also, drink plenty of water while taking this.

Been taking 3 tabs a day for a month and a half now and see NO change to libido, energy levels, body fat nor muscle tone. As far as I can tell it does nothing for me. Although, maybe that's just me.

This product is one of those that i dont necessarily notice until i stop taking it. Sounds like a load of crap but i do notice significant effects

This is a very moderate natural estrogen blocker, and probably ideal for most people. It does a decent job at lowering your estrogen, but not to the point of horribly achy joints. I would recommend 3 caps in the morning. You should notice improved vascularity as you dry it. A nice touch.

No problems with the product, but I don't think my body needs it as I can't tell a difference.
