This tape has excellent adhesion.It has the centimetre grid squares on the reverse to aid cutting the strips to size (not all kinesiology tape has the grid, some have lines spaced at 1cm apart, others are blank or have a makers name).I must admit that I don't use these tapes for running. I use them to keep my medical patches attached to my skin. Otherwise they have a habit of falling off!I ordered the multicoloured selection and I received the colours, as shown in the photographs (the 12th roll was another orange coloured tape).In the past, I've also used kinesiology tape to secure first aid dressings. It's especially handy if you have to apply dressings to feet, as the sweat means they fall off pretty quickly. If I could turn back time, I'd also use them to cover my heels to avoid new shoes rubbing!All in all, it's a great product and the multipack is reasonably priced (per rollit's cheaper than a certain bargain supermarket & the last I bought from them didn't have grid squares on the reverse).In the past, I've ordered the 6 roll selection, but when the price increased, I decided to buy the 12 roll selection.The 12 roll selection is supplied in a sturdy cardboard box. The 6 roll selection is supplied in a thin cardboard box, which doesn't keep its shape very well.Whether you buy 6 or 12 rolls, I believe that you will be happy with this kinesiology tape. I certainly am; I'm a repeat customer.
