I particularly like the fact that these are over rated at IP 68 for my purposses which is simply to provide ingress protection from the elements for outdoor garden lighting . They are very well made and very easy to assemble for a very experienced electrical Technician and I would guess for a complete novice too . So to conclude very good product at a very good price .

I have no DIY skills whatsoever, but with the help of my neighbours wire cutters/strippers I was able to fix both our hedge trimmer (these were purchased to fix this) and the lawnmower (which the other half cut through whilst I was fixing the hedge trimmer...seriously, you couldn’t write it!) did both in about 10 minutes. The junction boxes in the middle are easily marked with N/L and earth symbol, if what you are fixing has an earth cable. Job done and very robust. Highly recommend. Can’t really comment on the weatherproofing but they seem very well sealed.

Great little joining block. Little bit fiddly, but they do the job well. Have been exposed to heavy rain on numerous occasions over the past month and are performing well.

Very neat design, easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. I have used two of these so far and I like the screwless snap connectors. My new PIR lights come pre- cabled with a short tail of cable. ObviouslyI need to connect this tail to a longer cable hence the need of this weatherproof connector.I read in the comments that some people had issues with the screwless snap connector but I'm using multistrand 1mm core copper and I cut the cable and prepared it prior to inserting so for me all was OK.Long story short - I would use these again.

I bought this to replace an old in-line wire connector where the screw terminal block had rusted out. It looks like excellent quality, and with the new snap shut terminals will be so much easier. No more catching the wires! The connector block actually sits separately in the body of the unit, so even if water does get in then it should be able to drain out easily. I recommend this product.

We used this to wire up a new outdoor security light. If you follow the instructions carefully as far as the measurements for removing outer wire sheath and stripping the wires, it works like a dream. Open all three clips all the way, stick the wires in, close clips firmly. So easy!! Thank you someone for coming up with this! Need to get ones for indoor use as well.

I ordered this item to connect an Led floodlight, but the internal connectors were very flimsy and unstable for a 1m wire. So I returned to sender and got a refund.

I needed to replace some of the outside security lights round my home (they had been up for 20 years) and as I can no longer get to all my roof because of the extra insulation that has been added over the joists, I could no longer rewire them from inside so needed to cut the wire externally to attach my new (LED) lights. I searched and found these with the leaver connection blocks and decided to go for them.I am very impressed the job was very easy, even up a ladder!. I just hope they remain as watertight (round the incoming cables as they appear to be) in long term use.

Das übliche Problem, das fast jeder mal hat, man durchtrennt das Kabel beim Mähen. Mit dem Kabelverbinder habe ich schnell und haltbar die Verbindung wiederhergestellt. In das Kupplungselement kann man auch Litze gut einstecken, was oft unmöglich ist. Bei diesem geht es sehr gut. das lange Kabel ist wieder voll einsatzfähig weil die Kabelenden fast verankert sind.

Dieser Kabelverbinder ist sehr schön kompakt und läßt sich ohne viel Werkzeug einbauen. Allerdings müssen natürlich die beiden Kabelenden abisoliert werden, wozu schon Werkzeug benötigt wird. Die Verbindung der Adern geschieht über eine Steck-Klemmverbindung. Allerdings hat der Verbinder eine Schwäche: normales Erdkabel 3x1,5 passt nicht in die PG-Verschraubung. Das ist aber eine häufige Anwendung, wenn an ein Erdkabel z.B. eine Lampe im Blumenbeet angeschlossen werden soll. Ich habe das Problem dadurch gelöst, indem ich die Mutter der PG-Verschraubung mit einer Rundfeile aufgeweitet habe. Dann passte diese stramm über das Erdkabel, und ich konnte die Verbindung, allerdings ohne Dichtgummi, herstellen. Ich glaube, es wird Wasserdicht sein, weil die Mutter sehr stramm auf dem Erdkabel sitzt. Sicherheitshalber habe ich die Verbindung noch mit Plastik umwickelt. Wegen dieses Problems ein Stern weniger. Ansonsten alles gut.

Ich brauchte diese Verbindung um Kabel Wasserdicht anzuschließen. Die Installation war sehr einfach und für jeden leicht zu verstehenBis jetzt ist kein Wasser in die Verbindung eingedrungen obwohl sie Wind und Wetter am Haus ausgelegt sind
