Good for distilling.
I used this as a replacement for liquid amylaze in distilling. Works just as well and a lot less expensive.

Won't close as intended
Seems to do what it's supposed to. Only reason for 4 stars is because the package is supposed to be re-sealable, but it won't zip lock closed. So I had to put it into another zip lock bag for storage in a dark pantry. Would have liked to keep it in its original package.
