This thing is great! I am steelworker. So after six or seven days straight of busting rust and making dust, if goes without saying that my body definitely takes a beating during the better part of the week. This has been an absolute game changer. It acts as a second pair of hands so that you don’t have to inconvenience your partner, or better yet if you don’t have a partner.It has various settings for a light massage, medium and up to deep tissue. It has the vibrating as well as heating options . My preference is to run vibrating, and heat on the deep tissue massage setting. I use mine to target area as like upper and lower neck, shoulders, and blades,and all upper and lower back target zones.I’ve read where some customers use it on other parts of the body like legs, I find that doing so is a bit awkward and opt to use another designated device for such. As far as operation goes, It’s pretty straight forward, you simply throw it over your shoulder, or around your neck like you would a gym towel, and then slide your hands into the slots on both sides, select your preferred options, and let her rip. You’ll just need to move your arms while they’re in the straps to control the direction of the massage. And there you have it folks, instant relief. I would like to also add, that there is a reverse direction option on the control pad, for those who may be interested in knowing that detail. Also that it came pre-charged , and therefore I was able to use it right out of the box. The charge lasted for the better part of the week and it uses a standard AC adapter plug. I only wish that came in a protective dust cover or bag, so that I didn’t have to storage it in the original box. It’s well builds, doesn’t look or feel cheap and I feel like with the proper care, will last a very long time.

This works like a charm, It helps me whenever my shoulder starts hurting, this massager is a lifesaver! It really breaks the knotts in my shoulder, I can hear them popping! I've used this for hours, I even fall asleep! LolIt helps cure my tense shoulders! I highly recommend this especially if you don't have time to go get an in person massage! It saves you time and $$$!

I purchased this primarily for my SO who was having neck pain due to stress. I also wanted to use it for a tight back that I get from sitting and programming too long.I looked at a variety of units from various manufacturers. I initially rejected this unit due to the long arms which seemed to me to be pretty useless.However, the more reviews I read, the more the long arms seemed to make sense, not only in being able to hold the unit in various places and positions, but also just for comfort and the fact that gravity and the weight of my arms will assist in the unit working.The unit arrived two days ago... and I can say that I am extremely pleased. The quality of the build and material is very good. The controls could be a bit lower than they are, but work well and are easy to understand and remember.The unit is very effective at relieving pain. We've used it on our necks, upper and lower backs, all to good results.The best was when my SO used it... he got a blissful look, the kind you only see on a dog when you are rubbing "just the right spot".An extreme 'pro' is the fact that it is wireless. So far (from two nights of casual use between two people) I have not yet had to recharge it. No wires makes it much easier to use the device while walking around, or when moving it to a new position.Anyway... good build... good results... good purchase.Update: I purchased a second one of these for a friend of mine. They have used it for over a month now and love it. Similar to myself, the slower speed seems to be the most effective.I also should update and say that the battery life is excellent. We get easily 20 or more uses before it starts to noticeably slow up and needs a recharge.

I am a budget shopper but needed something more than the 20 and 30 dollar neck massagers were offering. This thing is amazing. You can reposition it to massage different parts of the back and body, the quality is great. Its got nice leather and looks very professional. There is a charger cord but only to charge it. This thing can literally be walked around with if you have to get up to answer the door or whatever might come up giving this so much functionality. The pressure this offers while doing the massage is fabulous and firm and the different pressure points it is able to hit is next level. This is a nice size to tuck away in our little heating pad area. Love love love this buy. My husband was more than happy with this purchase as well.

Great buy! Helps with tech neck, comfortable heat level (doesn’t get too hot), and the weight of massager is comfortable with adjustable pressure.Arms fold in so we can easily tuck it into our tv stand cabinet to store.Good gift for others, or for you if you’re spending a lot of time reading or on screens!

Very good quality, make and functions. Not only does it work very well on the neck, behind the neck, upper back and shoulders but now as im writing this review, i actually placed it on my lower back, along with the heat really feels good on the lower back. About the only thing i would ask for is that I hoped they can make the holders longer, it was kinda a bit short for me meaning I have to have my arms a bit higher thereby less weight to pull it down. Easy fix though, using a rope so I can extend the handles down lower.HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD BUY AGAIN
