Bought this specifically to test wax samples, as I’m always trying to find the best out there. I was super excited to get get this. It heats up super fast. I use hard wax and am a speed waxer. The only complaint I have is that it runs way too hot. I wouldn’t recommend this if it’s for daily use. I had it at the lowest setting and my wax would turn to complete liquid, so I had to turn it off completely to get the right temp. But as I said, I only got this to test wax so it works for me. I wanted it mainly bc of the size (very small) and had an insert.

I own a Salon and Day Spa. Used to purchase expensive units for waxing. Have purchased this unit several times. Consistent heat, fits all wax refills. I can buy refill pots on amazon when liner pot gets sticky. So a winner for me. Cant stand to clean the units, Not all employees are careful....I prefer to buy new replacement pots or throw it out............Happy with the double pot unit as well..

Amazing product! Absolutely love it

From an Esthetician this is a great lil pot! Heats up fast so be careful when you crank it. Only thing is my fuse went out and I only had it 4 months. Gonna replace the fuse and see if it works if not then that sucks.
