Very "bacony". Has a slight artificial taste, but will work for sauces and probably salads. It is plant-based, my biggest reason for buying.

Smells like Creosote, taste is OK but not like bacon.

Good sized bottle and contents delicious. A little goes a long way. So far I have added to tuna and egg pasta salad, tuna sandwich and look forward to adding to other foods along the way. Very nice

Fantastic drifted over salad, mixed into baked or mash spud or even on pancakes with maple syrup for that American touch. Bacon, smoke and crunch that saves cooking the rashers.
