Nicely made. Smoke effect is just a thin stream that lasts 5 min. The smell is horrible. Roommate thought the house was on fire. Bought regular incense no smoke effect. But not a total waste.

It is really cool but people walking by or any airflow can disrupt the smoke and blow it away. Good for quiet offices or spaces, not good for public places with lots of airflow.

Didn't receive all items. I like the looks and smell. Would recomend .

This was a Christmas present for my daughter who loves burning incense. I had to return the first one even with the special box it comes in was broken. Did get another one sent to me right away. It was okay. The box it comes in was really nice. It had 2 packages of the cone incense. The last night I went to her house I asked how it did. So she lit one of the cones to show me. The smoke finally started to trickle down but you could barely see it. Also more smoke came straight out instead of trickling down like a waterfall. I could not smell anything either. She still likes it and uses it so I guess that is what counts. I am disappointed that the smoke did not do how the video had shown.

Wow my 21 yr old.boy. looooved it. I purchased one for myself also. I love it. Wish I had chart as to which color cone is which scent.....I'm afraid I have gone nose blind after the first few....pls.advise...😁

The media could not be loaded.  I don’t know much about incense, and was admittedly very skeptical when I saw an ad for a product like this about how well this waterfall effect could really work. But I have a few friends with birthdays coming up who would love this concept, so I decided to buy one for myself to see whether it works well enough to give someone else.I’m overall very pleasantly surprised by how well the waterfall effect works. The attached video was taken my first time using it. The backflow took a few minutes to get started after lighting. I’d decided to try it out in my barn and realized quickly that there was too much air movement for the effect to happen properly. I moved it into a smaller, contained room in the barn, which is where the video was taken. Despite the fact that there’s probably more airflow in this location than in a fully indoor home, you can see that the waterfall effect worked quite well. I also noticed that I‘d initially been standing too close to it, and that my movements and breath were also messing with the smoke flow. I’d recommend standing at least 5 feet away to get optimal backflow. Overall really happy with the product and can’t wait to give one as a gift soon!

The below was true. However, they IMMEDIATELY contacted us and offered a very quick replacement. So changing our review score on this one!We were really excited to get this, set it up in our sunroom on a pretty summer evening, sat back to watch it work - and nothing. The smoke just pooled at the bottom of the cone, none came through to the waterfall. Tried a second cone, made sure the holes were lined up, again, nothing. Read some reviews that said the air must be perfectly still, made sure no wind, third cone, nothing. Finally we pulled out a cheap small one of these we picked up at Walmart and it worked perfectly. SO - we examined to try to determine the problem, and we see that the hole in the top of the burner isn't actually a hole. It appears that there is ceramic covering the hole, as in a manufacturing defect. Tried to push a toothpick, nope, the hole is just closed up.Very disappointing, we will be returning this.

I love this thing! It works as advertised and looks great -- having a smoke waterfall in your house is visually impressive, and it's everything I hoped it would be.As other reviews have mentioned, it needs to be in a place in your house with very little or no airflow. Once I found the right spot, it worked great and the smoke makes it all the way to the bottom. If you have even close to an air vent though, the smoke will disperse as it's very sensitive.The only downside is that the included incense are terrible. I had to light another one that I had laying around the house to get rid of the smell -- it's noxious. But there are plenty of backflow cones for sale on Amazon that are cheap and smell much better. The holder itself gets 5 stars, but I had to knock off 1 for the terrible cones that were included.
