Great product good price
The shock absorber worked great. Our washer is 12 years old it was dancing all over the place on spin cycle. We didn't realize the original shocks were worn out. After installing our washer does not dance and vibrate. The product does not come with directions since each washer is different. Installing was easy except putting the rubber door seal retention ring back on.

Easy to replace
3 year old LG washer broke. Was able to take it apart and found out the shocks were no good. Easily replaced them and back up and running. Hopefully these will last longer.

Poor quality, less quality control.
Product was delivered with large amounts of corrosion. Will be returning. Not acceptable to ship this out.
