The Forest Feast Paper Placemats: 40 Sheets, 5 Designs Paperback – February 3, 2015

I bought these placemats to use for a tea party for my 77 year old mother and her friends. It was a sweet gathering and we wanted to make it as beautiful as possible for them. I wasn't disappointed in these placemats! I tweaked them a little to make them water resistant, since we were using them on a finely finished table top and didn't want to risk an accident. The table top was pretty spectacular!The designs look so much prettier in real life! They are colorful and the artwork is very well done. We used clear glass plates so the design from the placemats would show through. I placed forks and spoons on each placemat. It was cute, several of the woman asked where the silverware was because it was so well camouflaged!The paper isn't particularly thin, but we still wanted to make sure moisture didn't seep through them if anyone dripped their beverage. I bought a white thin vinyl disposable table cloth and cut it into rectangles, then taped them to the back of the placemats using clear packing tape. The paper placemats laid flat and smooth. It was quick, easy, and the 2 dollar table cloth covered a lot of placemats. We're going to do this from now on with other paper placemats.We are all beyond pleased with these paper placemats! Everyone loved them!

These are great!... I am a realtor and bought these to use as staging in open houses. But I found that they actually work great as placemats as well. All of the different mats look close to real. Also a great decorative idea.I was very impressed with the weight of the paper. It is of a heavy weight.

These placemats are so cute. They are the size of the kid learning placemats we got at the store so big enough to put everything on. I got them as a fun way to help my kids (and me, I am a little rusty) learn how to properly set a table. I might have to get more and have them laminated. I don't know yet if they bleed when they get wet, so I am hoping they can make it nicely through dinner.

Just like the photo. They are actually even a little bigger but very colorful and a nice presentation. Haven't used them yet but awaiting everyone's approval/disapproval. I like them alot! Thanks.

Really pretty almost too good to use. Bought as a gift for my sister. Shame some of the sellophane was torn on arrival.Had seen them elsewhere so was very pleased with the price on Amazon!
