Great quality, great value
Please note the photos were taken after the first wash: a proper hot whites wash. The socks are really good quality. Well spun, well stitched and thick. They tightened up a bit after the wash and benefitted from a little stretch, but they kept their shape - which incidentally is sock shaped, not the loose bag so common in other cheaper brands. They have terry towelling soles on the inside which adds a great deal of cushioning. The arch and insole are elasticated so even with rigorous wear they stay put. The cuff is very strongly elasticated so there's no sagging.A word of caution though on that: if, like me, you are diabetic and sometimes prone to edema around the ankle, then these sock may not be for you - the cuff elastic grip really is strong. They are noticeably breathable and remain very comfortable and cool even during strenuous footwork. The three pairs also come in a lightweight plastic ziplock pouch which is a useful touch. So, overall? Definitely a repeat purchase.

Always good socks - Love 'em.
This is not the first time I have bought this company's socks. They are great quality, very comfy and in my opinion, very worth the money. I find the thicker cotton material is superior to most other brands and they have a nice elastic support around the arch of the foot, adding to the comfort throughout the day. They wash well and are my normal (colder day) 'go to' socks. Great for walking, hiking etc, or just chillier days in the U.K. I love 'em and if you haven't tried them before - they are a game changer. Quality socks. Many thanks.

Soft and breathable, great for 12 hours shift
The best socks which I had so far.I am all day with Oxford shoes on work and because they are a little bit uncomfortable for long day use I start to have blisters and etc.I start to look for something more ticker especially when outside start to become cooler and to keep my feet in soft socks to avoid future issues with my shoes. So those socks are the best solution for me, soft inside and allow my feet to breathe.3 weeks later: I just bought another pair of those socs ;) 3 pairs are not enough.

Excellent.
I purchased these on the strength of another review and am so glad that I did. Perfect fit (I'm an 8.5), lovely and warm and the colour is fabulous. So good that I've just ordered another two packs in the same burgundy colour. I also love the fact that they arrived in a brown, paper bag, just a shame the socks were in plastic but it's a good start to getting rid of plastic. Really, really happy with these socks and I've tried a lot!

The greatest socks.
I do a lot of hiking and go through a lot of socks but these are very comfortable. They look smaller than you expect but stretch and fit perfectly. They’re not super thick walking socks, which was as expected but they’re thicker than normal socks and feel great on the feet.Probably the best socks I own and I didn’t think I’d ever get enthusiastic over socks but here we are. Will definitely buy more.

Tourniquet - Buy at your peril
Magic Socks - Put them on and watch your feet turn blue. The socks were so tight around my ankles my feet would have dropped off if I’d left them on. I’m a size ten, I ordered the largest which states up to size twelve. I have no alternative but to return them as they are useless to me.I’m quite annoyed that I’ve wasted time buying these and angry they are not as per their description. No stars is not an option available to give with reviews or I’d give none

Happy with purchase
Wanted to do some walking to keep fit and so bought some boots and these socks. These are nice. The stretch areas in the socks keep them close to my feet. There is no baggyness or wrinkling. The thickness is about right for the country park type walking I do.I have washed them a few times and they are keeping shape.Worth the money I paid.

Comfy and lightweight but you will not get alot of use out of them if you walk as much as I do.
Well I should probably start with that I'm postman and these socks would be used 6 days a week and roughly doing 12 miles a day. Two pairs of them developed holes in after two months. One pair is still going just about. They are comfy to walk in and very light. I just wouldnt pay this much again for something that lasts 3 months. My danish endurance socks lasted 2 years so I will be doing back to them.
