Arrived on time lovely and soft which looks great in my lounge. Only point I would make, and this isn't a negative, the colour is more a light brown and not as light as the pictures show. I've tried taking a photo but it comes out looking the same as the product pics. Not a fault at all. 100% good quality. Very pleased.

Unfortunately disappointed as it has barely been down a month and bits of it are very rapidly coming off...We r not even a busy household me my husband and my son no pets, no nothing it is as though it was made for looking and decorating but not walking or living. I was so happy when I originally saw it and when it first came it looked like all I wanted but...shame, will probably have to buy a new one after Christmas the speed it is shedding:(

I adore this rug! It’s not to everyone’s taste but colour is just what I wanted! It does shed slightly but for what I paid it would be worth replacing if I needed to. Had a few months gets walked on daily and hoovered and still looks new. Extremely Soft and Snuggy

After just one month pile went flat from keeping my feet on it while sitting on a sofa and it's difficult to fix now. I tried to brush it with a metal pet brush just to find it flat again two days later. I was advised by the seller to turn the rug weekly which I'm not going to do due to the heavy coffee table standing on it. Who turns rug weekly anyway. Basically you can't stand on it too often. Very disappointing.
