defective computer no one checked before shipping to customer Beside missing parts and making sound computer had software problem

Clean machine, more than expected
Machine looked and ran like it was brand new! Also came with keyboard, mouse, and usb wifi despite the indications that it wouldn't. Only thing I had to do was upgrade the bios. AmazinTechDeals was great to work with as I did have some questions. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of their machines again.

Very Professional Job of Refurbishing.
For the purpose I had in mind for this system it checked out with flying colors. It arrived when it was suppose to, it was very well packaged. It was clean and I found no damage any where on it.

Came broken - HDMI cables don't even fit
Part of the front of the PC came broken. The back of the PC does not even look like the picture. Regular HDMI cables don't even fit in the supposed slots.

Solid PC for a Solid Price
i7 and 16gigs of RAM are a sick combo. Packaged in a nice, heavy case.Came with free keyboard, mouse, video card, and hard drive upgrade.

BIOS update.
do DELL Bios update before OS INSTALL. Win7pro pre installed but I had change to SSD and install CentOS7 for server setup.

Mediocre, somewhat defective
When I received the PC it came with a mouse and keyboard. What I didn’t know was the VGA port was broken and I had no other way to connect my “HDMI” monitor to. So I ordered a display port to HDMI cable and hooked it up, saw the display boot up and it had the windows 10 animation! When it was advertised as “windows 7” no big deal I downgraded it back to win 7, had to do a bios update (important). Another defect was when I inserted the DVD I have the PC wasn’t detecting it so I placed another one in and the same error. (Bad CD drive) I’m not happy Amazon didn’t throughly check the system before selling it.
