My Sisters Loved It!
I gifted this item to two of my sisters and they both laughed and really loved their gifts. The packaging is cheap looking, but it securely held everything in it's place, so I had no problem with it. The item looks the same as in the pictures and my sisters say the mugs keep their coffee and teas hot hot hot! :) I would recommend this product and purchase it again.
