Soooo I am very sad about this item. I thought it was going to be made a lot better than it is for the price I paid for it. It just looks, feels, and stands kindaaa cheap imo. It’s not heavy AT ALL and it can be picked up with one hand (yes, hand, not even the whole arm) no problem— I picked up the box and it felt like there was nothing in it. It’s still a cute shelf and all, I’m just disappointed that it’s not heavy duty in the slightest. And I’m not the type of person to care about stuff like that but I just don’t think I got what I paid for. I did however put it together in like 10 minutes and love that I can adjust the sleeves (I even used one like a fence). It gets the job done, there was nothing physically damaged or wrong with it. Still give it a 4 stars as is I guess.

This shelf was really easy to put together. I use it as a plant shelf but I wouldn't recommend using it for any heavy items for filling it up with stuff as it is not very sturdy. I don't think this shelf is worth $50 based on sturdiness and quality. The wood used for the shelf is thin and flimsy. Also, if you plan on using this as a plant shelf make sure to water proof it otherwise it will get moldy like mine did. Lesson learned.

Great my patio to hold plants. The shelves eventually stain because I water the plants and don't wipe it down but the bamboo, as far as I can tell, doesn't rot. For indoors I'd think "ikea" because it's not full size and the finish is on par with their bamboo tuff.

Shelves are sturdy and easy to assemble. This is a bamboo product so color will vary. Mine is significantly lighter in color than what is pictured. Would have preferred the darker color resembling the one pictured.

Looks just like the photos and assembly was a breeze. Also surprisingly sturdy. My only note is that I used a power drill for the screws and it made me a bit squeamish about cracking it. But so far so good!

This works great for my purpose. Take note of the dimensions in the listing as the shelves are pretty short, so anything taller than these African violets probably won't fit well. Otherwise, very nice, fairly sturdy, lightweight, easy to assemble -- all good things in my book. And I had no issues with the wood splitting upon assembly, as I read in other posts, so maybe just be careful when assembling be careful to not apply too much pressure. Overall, very satisfied.

This was easy to assemble and the resulting storage unit is very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend you purchase this product, you wont be disappointed. Picture is true to reality.
