Encona Hot Pepper Sauce, 220 ml

It's pepper sauce I've been buying for decades. It's great to use with all sorts for food. Not just Caribbean. It's got a nice hot flavour which is infused with spices. I usually buy it in shops at a cheaper price. However considering it was delivered with all my shopping it worked out to roughly the same price

I wish this came in a huge bottle; I go through at least one bottle a week. This takes really good; a bit sweet, not too spicy if you can handle your spice. The spice/heat level is not so overbearing that you can't taste other flavours. Great value for money. Will keep buying.

A good go to sauce. It's hot, spicy, not hot for sake of it. You can taste what you are eating, but with a bit of a kick. Not enough to bring tears and heart palpitations, (Da Bomb fills that gap) , but has a nice kick

Great hot sauce, Its similar to another sauce named Cholula in its consistency and taste but I believe it has more flavour. Its not too spicy but to people not used to hot sauce it could be a bit overwhelming if too much gets used, I think this is a real worth while purchase to enhance the flavour of food without adding more salt and seasoning into the food. Its vinegar based so it has a tang that complements the spicyness very well but the downside of it is that it makes it more liquidy so if you want a sauce that is thicker and easy to dip this might not be it. I think the flavour outweighs this for my though
