Simplicity of installation and easy of operation make this a superb unit to own.
This security system is a breeze to set up and is super easy to operate. The cameras provide crystal clear images and playback works well. It would be helpful if you could provide me with a copy of the user manual that you allude to as it was not included with the system that I received. I am having difficulty installing the app and need some particulars about the SD card.

Issues
App will not work on phone, one camera will not work, it worked for a few days then froze. No directions came in box. Not what I expected for price.

UNIT FAILED
Had a failure within 24 hrs. of installation. Returning unit, will NOT replace.Security system Must be dependable. Many other issues with this products printedinstructions. (lack of)

Video quality was ok but audio was not
Video quality was fine however for the purpose that we needed to use it for the audio quality was very poor - extreme delay and you have to wait several seconds before speaking back. The camera was not far from the modem. In addition the App to run these cameras was not a quality app. If you are just needing a security camera this will work however if you are trying to use the audio function I would suggest using a name brand unit.
