Good, sturdy quality.

As an medical resident, I am strongly in support of this eye chart. One major advantage of this chart over other charts on amazon is that it has pupil size -- very convenient. The paper was thick and the printing was clear (as you would hope for an eye chart), and the price is great. I just got this same one for my niece in the hopes that I can convince her to go into eye medicine :)

Practical and durable plastic. Great price. Immediate shipping. Looks exactly like the one in my ophthalmologist's office. You can use it to check how your cataracts are progressing or if you need a new prescription for your reading glasses. I also use it to check my vision after my cataract surgeries. I find it very useful and helpful.

My husband bought this because he is an ophthalmologist and does eye exams all day. He says that overall, it does its job, but could certainly be improved. It is very flimsy and the ink has started to wear off almost immediately. If you laminate it as soon as you get it, it will last much longer and be more effective.

This product gets the job done, especially for students practicing their physical assessment's visual examination portion. Also very fairly price - delivery was excellent (quick).

I purchased it to gauge my close vision between eye treatments, has sharp and clear detail.

Cheaper than medical supply. Good for pcp office.

I purchased this chart based on the picture that included the Jager scale which would speed up time for new techs in the field just learning the scale. The card I received did not include this, and only had the points. I won't bother with returning such a cheap item, but I am extremely disappointed that I did not receive what was pictured.
