While I found these to be pretty good, I had to dilute them with some plain keto breadcrumbs I had leftover to balance out the heavy amount of salt in the seasonings. If they would just pull back on the salt...this would be fantastic. I would say mix these with another brand so it's not too overpowering to your meal (I made chicken cutlets, they came out really nice with the blend of these crumbs and another which were plain)

I needed a breadcrumb substitute to make scotch eggs for a bunch of my friends who are avid keto dieters. This stuff does the trick! The flavor is pretty good, the texture is light and crunchy, and it fries up well.

I tried this on some stuffed chicken breast and it worked great! It did not get soggy at all and with the help of an egg wash it stuck to the chicken beautifully! It tasted really good too! It will be my new go to for keto friendly baking and frying.

I used this instead of panko crumbs when cooking fish. The lemon pepper is great for fish and probably would go with chicken (I am pescatarian). The calorie count is about the same as other bread crumbs. It is more expensive but I am willing to pay more.

I tossed chicken bites in the mix and cooked in air fryer.
