Does not have a built-in screen protector.It has a non-slip surface that makes holding on to it easy. I have had it on my phone for one week now, and I have not dropped my phone in that time. The kick stand is nice.Update: I have had this case now four weeks. I have compared other cases with built-in screen protectors on my phone, and I like this case better. The fingerprint scanner is easy accessible in this case compared to other cases. I bought tempered glass screen protector, and I'm staying with this case.

I am very satisfied with the case I purchased for my new Moto Z3 Play. It fits great, and the textured edges and back allow me to keep a good grip on the phone. The collapsible stand on the back is a clever additional feature I've already used several times.I wish there were a similar case that would fit the Moto Z3 Play with the Moto Power Mod attached. I'd buy it for sure!

This is definitely a ... thing ... to cover and maybe protect my phone. The rubbery portion feels rather stiff and less shock-absorbent than I was hoping for. The black portion ... why does it come off? I don't think they paid their engineers enough.The kickstand takes a few hundred pounds of pressure to open. I'm pretty sure I broke a nail. I'm gonna have to be judicious in my use of that thing. I only have good fingernails on 9 fingers since I crushed my pinky a hockey game years back. Also, be sure you watch the kickstand and deploy it fully, lest it just not work. You'd be better off spending a couple bucks for a simple fold-up phone stand instead of trying to rely on the built-in kickstand.Finally, I'm not impressed. This thing should be found for sale a K-Mart on Dollar Days and would be overpriced at $2. I'd send this back if I didn't want to put up with the headache of dealing with Amazon's return department. I guess that text on the packaging that read "Not the best products" wasn't just being humble. If not for a line below it that reads "Enjoy the best quality," I'd say the packaging has integrity, but then we'd both be wrong.

I liked that it was easy to install. I believe it provides adequate protection.What I didn't like was that it was advertised as being red, but is instead a funky pink. Also, whenever I place the phone on a table and use the keyboard the phone is unstable and rocks because the middle of the phone case is twice as thick as the ends.I asked the seller to simply exchange it for a blue phone case and they insisted on returning my money, telling me to order another case.

It's not a bad case, but I mainly bought this for the kickstand. But now that's broken, and I'm left with a regular phone case. The rubber part of the case appears to also seems to absorb clothing dye from my work pants easily, but cosmetic issues aren't important. The texture on the back is weird and took a while to get used to as well.

Kickstand is hard to open and broke after only 5 months. It might be better to get another case with a more rugged kickstand. It's hard to open and once it breaks, it won't hold position. I got another and it's also hard to open and requires a lot of force to lock the kickstand into place. Honestly, I have yet to lock that one in. It requires too much force in an awkward position.Colors are not true to the images on the ad. The red leans toward coral. The purple and blue are not as brilliant as in the photos.I don't use the fingerprint reader so can't tell you about that.I drop my phone frequently and it's still alive so there is that.Easy to put on the phone.Quick delivery and easy return.If you're buying this for the kickstand....DON'T.

My husband loves this case. He was worried that the pattern would make it difficult to pull it out of his pocket but it actually slides in and out great. He loves how grippy it is and says the design looks sort of like an owl so he's happy with that too.He doesn't like how hard it can be touse the fingerprint scanner though. It overlaps on top of the scanner so it can take a couple tried to unlock his phone He also doesn't like that the mod attachment area is uncovered; he worries that without the protection of the cover, somehow the connections will become damaged.So far there hasn't been any major problems and he likes how durable the stand is. He doesn't think he'll break the stand like he did in his last phone case.This is definitely a great buy, especially considering how low the cost is compared to the quality of the product.

Get what you pay for I guess. It's an attractive phone case. People always tell me it looks like a car tire or reminds them of Transformers etc etc. The kickstand works well too. Just plan on it not lasting too long. We bought them in December and it is now August and both of our phone cases have broken in several places enough that it's time to get new ones. So less than a year of use.
