Used to update firmware on jvc dla x5000.I have connected it straight to hp dock station which doesn't require the usb adapter. Worked without issues.

Doing things between computers with RS232 interfaces, this cable is helpful in making the connection.

Needed a serial cable in a pinch so ordered this one via prime, works like a treat

Worked first time, decent length of cable too but thin enough you are not carrying weight around

These things are fantastic for what I use them for, i use them for data transferring from a measuring device to a computer, it’s very handy

Said it was a Null Modem but its a Straight cable.

The cable doesn’t work:(Not sure if all the 9 pins are wired!
