Not rusted or used as some others have reported (note this is cloudtail seller..others may vary)- date of import Feb 20- no accessories missingSuch a pleasure to use. Good quality products

Clipper worked nicely for a month then all of a sudden the battery went dead. It wont charge and will only work when connected to power supply. Tried calling Wahl India, several times, but no answer. They wont even reply to your email. They have very small network of service centers hence not accessible for tier 2 cities consumer.If your requirements are met by products made by Philips, dont even look at wahl. If you really need to buy whal, buy only the one without batteries or else be ready to travel to big cities for service support.
