I had an issue with the original unit that came (the usb port was misaligned with the opening), but the company sent out a new one that was perfect. I've had no problems with the unit, it works perfectly as advertised. I've used their happy wax line, as well as waxes from other online sellers, and it's great. The silicone cup is great as well, making it easy to swap out scents as desired, with no scraping wax off of a ceramic bowl.

I originally bought this because I have a ton of bath & body works candles that still have wax left but won’t light.When I first purchased it, I couldn’t get the wax to melt all the way. Then I used a different USB port and the rest of the wax melted within a minute. So just make sure you’re using a USB adapter that provides enough power !!Looks pretty, small, and I love the silicone tray so far.

I really wanted to love this product because of the silicon pop-out, but unfortunately it doesn’t deliver. I may have had a defective one, but mine didn’t warm up adequately at ALL. Certain waxes don’t melt much, even after several hours. sadly, it’s going back.

I liked the color and design. There were no directions included so plugged it in and waited. Only got vaguely warm and that's the end of my story with this product. Too bad, I really liked the style and color.

Thing works great, not as good as the old fashion bulbs I’d say (doesn’t seem to get as hot). Wax last a lot longer though. Only problem is the USB wall adapter isn’t universal, use the one it comes with or it won’t work properly.

I wanted something small that could heat with USB since I have limited outlets (already maxed out) at my desk/cubicle at work. It works great and I get a nice scent in my area. Very happy with it.

This warmer does not get hot enough to melt lost waxes all the way through, which renders it useless. I returned it after one use. You are better off spending the extra money to get the larger Happy Wax warmer

I think it’s a good idea to have for those waxes that don’t do as good in a bigger warmer. I like it. Also it sits on my desk, so worth the buy
