I replaced the Video tape that comes with the Gazelle
i brought my Gazelle 2003 and never use the videos. I replaced the Video tape that came with the Gazelle. now that I got older i needed the cd to help me to get my lower body back in shape so far its going slow and good yes I would tell my friends to use this cd.
