Two 17mm sockets ease assembly. Two hours and j was lifting for show. Time to get the beach body!!!
So I’m reorganizing. But I have a 12x18 sunroom that I decided to use this system in.First. Assembled by myself in 2 hours. NOTE. Have a couple of 17mm ready for easy assembly.Second. Not hard to follow the illustrations. I read a review by some guy who said the rack isn’t steady. BS.Third. Ordered on Saturday. Received Thursday. To the door. For the price you can’t beat that. I just threw some weights in there to give it a quick dry run and show my mom. But it’s a solid set.Actually, the price may be off. I think it’s a steal of a deal.Weights and bench sold separate but I can’t express the quality, ease of assembly and compared to the $6, 700 dollar systems. It’s the same thing.DipsPull-upsBenchRowPull downsSupportedUnsupportedYou really have all you need.A dumbbell set is all that’s missing but that’s your problem!!!You can even squat and deadlift on here!!!

Amazing Power Rack for the Price
I have done a ton of research into power racks, cages, and other ways to safely lift. I was looking for a power rack that could fit into my basement gym without taking up too much room, would be sturdy enough to lift and do weighted pull-ups and dips, and wouldn't kill my wallet. This power rack ended up being perfect for my needs.Pros:Great Price - It may be slightly more expensive than the cheapest power racks, but the increase in price is well worth it. The dip bars come off so you don't need as much storage space and everything is sturdy.Sturdy - I have been lifting with this rack for about two months now and I easily trust it to hold up to any exercise I can put it through.Weight Storage - The weight storage is convenient for me because I don't want to buy additional storage. However, since there are only two bars on each side it does lead to taking off some weights to get to the weight you want, but the convenience of the storage is more than good enough for me.Pulley System - The pulley system is great for so many exercises. Being able to use either standard or olympic weights on this is also nice.Accessories - The accessories that come with it are great. Most of the other racks I looked at didn't come with anything so having a couple bars and dip bars is amazing.Pull-up Bar - I was able to install the pull-up bar upside-down (after asking the manufacturer) so that it gave me even more room to exercise in my basement. This is great for me since my basement has slightly lower ceilings and I can now do a full pull-up without hitting my head on the ceiling.Setup - The setup of this product was pretty straight forward, although sometimes the instructions were unclear and I had to redo a couple steps.Cons -Not-Adjustable Pulleys - There are only two anchor points (at the top and bottom), but most affordable racks don't have more than one or two so I don't mind. So, for the price its the best you can get.A few suggestions:Ask for help to set it up. While most of the setup can be handled alone, there are a few steps that are twenty times easier with another person, also moving the boxes anywhere alone is not easy.Overall I highly recommend this for a home gym setup. It won't be as amazing and awesome as the thousand dollar racks, this is, in my opinion, the best rack for the price. It does everything the fancy racks do, just without fancy bells and whistles. If I have any problems with the rack over regular use I will make sure to give you an update here.

Good value - Easy setup
Please note this is an initial review on the setup of the product. I will try to remember to rate the product after extended use.Unboxing time - 20 minutesAssembly time - 1:28:00 (solo)Instructions rating - 4.5/5 starsI decided to time the assembly and go through the process in a normal fashion, no racing to try to set a good time. I took my time to read the instructions, and doublecheck info to avoid redoing stuff. The instructions are broken up well, and were relatively easy to understand. Other than having to squint here or there to make sure I was looking at it right, it was fairly easy to see what part went where. I did not have to back track, or redo anything, nor did I have to scratch my head trying to understand what they were telling me to do. The only thing I would add is blowing up a couple of the images on the same page. I give the instructions a thumbs up.The sturdiness is a bit lacking, as its a relatively lightweight rack. This is 100% expected in this pricerange, so I gave it 4/5 stars. I have some extra weights to put on there, and will bolt it to the pad once the u brackets arrive. For someone who cant bolt it down, they will probably want to keep some extra weights loaded on the pins to add stability. The lat attachment was the hardest part to setup, as it took multiple pieces fitting together while attaching it. IT was still relatively easy, and the instructions were clear. I am 6'1" and was able to just reach everything by starting at the bottom and sliding it all together. I would recommend anyone assembling this that isn't as tall to bring a short step stool to make life a little easier. The boxes came in two deliveries throughout the day, both from UPS. I am not sure if the guy just didn't realize there were two for me, or if they were in fact shipped separately. The boxes were in great shape, and the packing was well planned. The inside of the box is lined with thin plywood, and spaces were filled with foam. The manufacturer definitely did not skimp on packing, as I have received large heavy items before that were demolished.Hopefully this helps someone make a decision!

Great Rack. Great Customer service.
I bought this after looking at the Hulkfit rack with lat attachment. This seemed like more value for my dollar. I ordered the rack on a Sunday and received it on a Thursday.Putting the thing together wasn't rocket science but make sure everything is oriented right or you may have to redo a couple of steps. The rack is a little unsteady after assembly but can be fixed with weights on side and maybe bolting to floor. It really doesn't bother me. Catches my weights just fine and lat attachment is great. So glad I replaced my other rack(fitness reality one) with this one.One other thing... I had some questions about my order and their customer service is on point!! Glad I purchased this rack. Recommend it for you!
