I am a huge Global Knife fan and have had them for many years, I thought this would be a nice addition to my collection and I am not disappointed, as with all their products I have bought I am extremely pleased. Global are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and as my other global products will last a lifetime.

Was in the market for a new carving fork and, as we already have a number of the Global knives, decided to try the carving fork; best decision ever. The fork pierces with no problem at all and, because it's curved, makes picking the meat up so much easier - it's a pleasure to use. Would definitely recommend the fork (even though it is pretty expensive) and the suppliers were a dream to do business with, so would definitely recommend them.

excellent fork, expensive but worth it .... we have lots of roasts and finally I could see how this would be really beneficial. Held a very substantial turkey at Xmas without dropping.
