Cost effecting gate, perfect for our yard.
What a fantastic gate! Keep in mind that to finish the installation we had to purchase two 2-3/8" round 8-foot tall Galvanized Metal Post, two post caps, two 2-3/8" male Chain Link Post Hinges and two screws and nuts to secure the hinges. All pieces were in the same area, where the chain link fencing supplies are found. Total additional cost of approx $60. Still a very worthwhile purchase for our needs. We will likely replace our other existing gate with another one of these in the spring. For installation we put together the gate door itself, pounded the posts halfway into the ground (didn't use concrete), attached the gate as instructed (keep in mind the instructions didn't detail how to install the posts and add the hinges, since they're not included in the kit), and voila! Took about 3-4 hours for us complete newbies to install start to finish. I imagine the next one we install will take at least half that. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing we messed (due only to our poor reading comprehension) up was which way to put the tension wire - that was an important piece to ensure the gate doesn't flex.

Second one, never again.
Understanding that I bought one of these two years ago and it was fine, I didn't hesitate to buy another. Bad idea. For starters, the fence was a mangled maze because apparently no one ever told the Chinese that chain link fence top and bottom loops have to be locked closed. It was tossed into the garbage. I used American made chain link fence that was 100 times the quality. It was five foot, but easy enough to cut the excess and CLOSE THE LOOPS. Next we'll go to the hinge and latch assembly. This was immediately tossed. That isn't any better than it was two years ago. Again, I used the American made kit that I purchased locally. The fence ties are junk and break easily. Once again, replaced with made in USA ties. OK. The frame worked. That's it. These are great if you need a custom size gate for the price, but plan on parting with extra money to turn it into something durable. The kit simply won't cut it. Check with a local fencing company and see what they will charge to make a custom size gate. If it's twice as much, it's cheaper than the aggravation this one will cause you.

It Worked...
Most of the assembly is straight forward. Need to hacksaw the horizontal bars which was not hard to do. The measurements to cut seem accurate with their instructions. However the chain link covering was very difficult; somehow it got tangled up and was not easy to get it back to normal. Once you see the chain you see what I mean.I am glad it didn't come with the post or hinges because it was installed on my porch. It was the only thing on Amazon with the right width and height I needed, so I am really glad to have purchased this item. It works well.

save your money
very difficult to use and don't let the "adjust" part of the title fool you. it's only adjustable if you have a full carpenter's workshop complete w/a tool that cuts metal. chain-link part of it very unruly to use. would not recommend.

Good but missing some things
I received the kit and was dismayed at the quality of the hinge and lock hardware. When I got the kit, I discovered that the hinge posts are not included...not a big deal so I bought them from a local supplier. Attempting to find a source for the missing item(s) through their website is impossible. The kit itself was as described but the gate hinge and lock hardware was quite cheesy. The hinge posts I purchased don't fit the included hardware because of poor manufacturing (the holes aren't even round). This required a purchase of a hinge kit so I can swing the gate. The gate lock's attachments don't fit my 2" poles either...quite a disappointment. All in all, I like the product but the quality of the accompanying hardware leaves a lot to be desired.

Really good, but hinges were too tight
Easy to assemble and sturdy. I didn't have to cut it down, since I wanted a wide gate to drive my lawn mower through. I did have to buy different hinge hardware because the included hinges (kit includes gate hinge but not the part that goes on the post) were too tight for the gate to swing.

Great choice!
Bought 4 of these. Husband and son put them in in a couple of hours. Worked great for stretching 2.5 of them across our driveway to attach to an already standing chain link fence on both sides. 1 long gate on each side and then the shorter gate attached to one of the longer sides: we avoided the issues with the hardware latches and simply close it up with a bungie cord. No problem there. The other .5 gate fit nicely into the gap across the walkway to our front door, so now we finally have a closed in yard to keep the neighborhood dogs out of our yard. Would recommend!

The assembly instructions were fairly straightforward and it was reasonably easy to put together
I bought this to replace an existing walk-through gate that had rusted out. The assembly instructions were fairly straightforward and it was reasonably easy to put together. I do recommend using needle nose pliers rather than standard pliers as shown in the instructions. Makes it easier when the connecting the wire ties. It was easy to install as I simply took the old one off and used those same hinges. It looks good and with the screw holes on the bottom of the crossmembers I think it's less likely to hold water and rust out like my old gate.
