John Wm. Macy's Melting Parmesan CheeseSticks, 4-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)

This is a 4th flavor I tried from Macy's sticks and I am not disappointed. The flavor is milder then I thought it would be, but they are very tasty, pretty much melt in your mouth and will be great with a cup of soup-or on their own.I also tried chocolate, cinnamon and smoked Jalapeno Cheese Chips. All of them are most likely the best tasting cheese sticks / chips I've ever bought, but my very favorite has to be the Smoked Jalapeno Cheese Chips. They are really spicy, but I never tasted cracker like that.I really recommend all of them, they are worth the money.

Too bland.

I don't buy these Macy's Cheese Sticks often, but it seems as if there are changes to the packaging each time. The last time I had bought a supply, I was put off by the fact that the entire shipment was exceptionally dry and the "Melting Parmesan" was more like "Crunchy Crackly Whatsit". This shipment (and I trust that the other 11 boxes are the same) was truly what it claimed (a pleasure). On the other hand, the packaging wasn't up to par. Many products today use a laudable packaging technique which provides the buyer with a means of locking the package closed, and this package is no exception. Except that the Cheese Sticks package doesn't accomplish that which may have been intended. I'm compelled to use a paper clip or rubber band if I want the package to remain closed.

My oldest son prefers these to the Asiago and Cheddar CheeseCrisps and they are a close second for me out of all the John Wm. Macy's products. The Melting Parmesan is milder than the Asiago and Cheddar, but still very flavorful. They are longer sticks and are great for dipping in soup.

These Parmesan sticks are delicious. I have them with espresso. Impossible to eat only one.One thing to share, the 12 boxes are stamped use before May 2015, which is three months to eat all those boxes.I want to try their other sticks in May.

You could use it as bread crumbs.They don't say on the packaging how much cheese they put on these. Reason: there's almost none.Solution: Melt your own cheese and dip these in it.

These sell in organic shops and deli's for twice what you will pay on Amazon. They are always a hit at parties or family get togethers so you will need a case which is what Amazon sells.
