Definitely protects the walls from the baby gate screws. Previously the rubber on the screws would break from the tension a d would damage the wall. But with these no damage on walls or rubber screw covering. Does leave a slight scuff mark on the wall but can easily but wiped off so still gave it 5 stars

I purchased these for a baby gate we had with our first child. We brought it down from the attic for kid #2 and the rubber on the feet was deteriorating and scratching paint off the door jamb. These were cheaper than a new set of feet, and seem sturdier. We’ve only used them for a couple of weeks, but so far they’re great! I’m about to purchase another set for our other gate.

They are big and grip well. Fit well. No marks on the wall. Not much more to say.

These work perfectly. They are very strong and stable. Reduced to 4 stars just because they left marks on the wall (our new house has only one layer of wall paint so it’s not as durable as our older house was.) The marks are not gouges or anything. They are minor and can be touched up with paint.

Fit well and has kept our baby gate secure and our wall protected for almost a year!

This item works great and it really makes the gate sturdier with no movement. It is great at protecting the walls!

Highly recommend finding the versions of this product with felt pads instead of rubber. We just took our baby gates down and had these on both of them. The walls were protected from dents, but the rubber pads on these left oil rings extending over an inch beyond the pads themselves. It took a few coats of paint to cover the oily circles.

I bought 8 of these for both my baby gates. They are good quality and I like that the back has a grip texture to hold onto the wall. I only actually got to use 2 of the 8 because my gates were such a tight fit. But, I wish I had gotten to use all of them!
