Products broken in less than a year
I bought hand towel rails and toilet roll holders for my three bathrooms. They are all pulling apart where the hinge is and we cannot use them anymore as the long part just falls off. We are only two people in the house, so there is not major usage of these items. Very disappointed as we now have to buy replacements for all.A lovely looking product but not well made.

Great product
Second time of buying one of these stylish hooks because I loved the first one. This for second bathroom in our self catering and the other is just as good as new. So long as you keep the retaining grub screw tight it will last really well.

A not to superb buy.
Fits nicely on wall taking little space and looks smart while doing the job I bought it for.Had to change my review from I Love it.After approx 9 months found it no longer wants to stay straight on the wall. I've had it off and restarted but after a couple of days it goes down once again!

We were decorating our bedroom and wanted to keep all metal in matching chrome colour. So I can't say the 4-Hook Rail has increased the Passion however it is neat, matches the chrome theme, and takes up a lot less space than conventional hooks.

Gold Disc
Second item I have purchased in this range. Very pleased with quality and value for money. Good looking and simple to fit. I also like being able to change finish of centre disc. Choice of gold or silver, very clever.

Falls apart
No matter how much the holding screws are tightened it works its way loose when used and the whole thing falls apart.Same problem with the toilet roll holder so not a one-off issue.
