Hello from ACE, There is only one difference between these two models and that is the branding. SOR75302-X/L-02-G is the MSA Sordin version and SOR75302-X/L-02-G-S is the Sordin version. MSA recently sold off Sordin to another company, but Sordin is continuing to produce the same ear muffs in the same factory and with the same staff and parts. With kind regards, ACE Team
