It’s good but small. Im not big kinda person also my nose isn’t big, but with this clip I feel it’s so tight and a bit hurt after 10-15 minutes swimming, but so far I can handle it. I think this clip more good for the kids than adults.

These nose plugs are just as you'd expect when in use nothing is getting in or out of any nose. The pads are soft and comfy.

They are good quality but slip off your nose
I like the strength of the clips, a little too strong, they hurt a bit and they kept slipping off my nose, maybe I have a small nose but I'm sure that doesn't matter. Good buy, but might try another brand to see if it's just me
