Itsa lotta marjoram. Delicious.
This is a lot more marjoram than I had realized, it's about two cups! Which is fine, because it's good quality, has a lovely fragrance and works with many cuisines. Our first order was delivered and then immediately stolen from in front of our unit door, but the replacement was quick and easy. Some thief is out there looking up marjoram recipes.
