Logitech Squeezebox Radio Music Player with Color Screen (White)

Works well to stream some content. However, Sirius has recently changed their streaming technology and Logitech as opted not to support this, so, if you want to stream Sirius, then you should probably buy Sonos.

I purchased this radio as a gift for my brother, who is blind. The raised buttons and knobs allow him to make use of the tuning features. The 'sounds' each button and knob emit also let him know he's completed a function.The sound is crystal clear, set up was very quick and easy . There are sometimes when I need to let him know what's on the screen, but once he got used to how to navigate, and memorized the steps, he was off and running, and so thrilled to hear music from all over the world, and for the most part without commercials. This is a boon to the visually impaired. Logitech is a great developer of quality products.

disappointing. The screen went dead after 2 months. Hard to use without seeing what you are trying to do.

Impressive sound for a small unit! We use the Squeezebox in a veterinary clinic. We hook an ipod up to it and turn on Pandora taking turns with different genres of music. The sound is impressive for its size and it fills the room with music. It would rate 5 stars if it was a bit more affordable.

I absolutely love this radio--it’s my third and I’m using all three of them in different parts of my house. The two I bought in 2010 and 2011 still work perfectly, while the Mondo internet radio I got from Grace Digital in 2011 broke long ago.This just takes a few minutes to set up and then you have access to thousands of radio stations around the world, including the HD stations in your own backyard that aren’t accessible on regular radio devices. The Squeezebox search function works very well, it’s possible to search by country, station, show, and category, and if you discover a station you like you can save it to Favorites to make it easy to find again. I have an internet subscription to Sirius XM Radio, right now it’s about $4 a month, which comes through wonderfully on the Squeezebox.I believe Logitech is no longer making the Squeezebox but they are still being sold here on Amazon and to me still look like the best option in the field.

I have 3 of these radios. They worked great the first year BUT after that they when turned on do a lot of buffering. In the first hour you may hear 30 minutes of it. I have called Logitech a lot of times with no real resolution. I UNDERSTAND THAT LOGITECH DOES NOT SELL THESE RADIOS ANY MORE!!!!IF THEY DO DON'T BUY THEM. PERIOD

i love these little radios and have 4 of them. they use Radio Time to aggregate their radio stations, which is also on the Roku box and Charter internet. very easy to search and often tells what program is on before tuning in a station. lots of cool apps to add to the radio. news, weather, flicker pictures, and other radio networks. I use public radio from the u.s., Canada, Australia, new Zealand, the u.k., all in English all the time. almost all other countries and languages are available too. sound is excellent and can be hooked to any stereo. there's a new model but I think a lot of people want the old model and the price has doubled.
