This is one of the best keto friendly bars that I've had so far. It's larger than a lot of competitors, tastes better and is really filling. If I had to knitpick, the one thing that can be a little annoying is the low melting point. Anything with chocolate in it gets really runny and messy. I started to leave the bars in the fridge or freezer and then just let it thaw out throughout the day in my backpack. So if you're taking these anywhere on a really warm day, just be careful.Will definitely order these over and over again. It's hard to just eat 1. They are a little on the pricey side, but definitely helps when I start to want something sweet when on keto, so it's worth it.

These Almond Butter bars taste amazing and really appreciate they are low sugar and low carb. Thank you for such a quality product!

I've been on a keto-ish eating program for 6 years and wouldn't "go back" for anything. This style fits for me. I do have a sweet tooth, and am glad that there are many sweet options compatible with a keto diet. CanDo Krisps are one of the options ... and they're delicious! Filling, too. I eat only half a bar at a time, for a total of 2 net carbs. I like all their flavors, but my favorite so far is the Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chunk bar.

Overall I enjoyed this product. I purchased the Almond Butter version. The size was good for a snack bar and I thought it was a filling portion. Flavor is not too sweet and seems to be made with good ingredients. Unless it is on sale, however, I think it is somewhat expensive compared to my other favorite bars. My only minor complaint is it is very crumbly and messy, which was a problem when in the car or at work.

Love the product. But, The product does not hold up well when shipped during warm weather. The bars are delivered melted and even if they are placed in the refrigerator, they are noticeably, negatively affected. I have contacted the manufacturer and vendor about this and I have been offered a discount code for my next order… and had the exact same problem each order. I was asked to give an honest review on Amazon as I attempt to order more because I love them… but the last 4 boxes of 12 I ordered were all melted goo… and it’s been disappointing. Now that we are in the Fall and it’s not quite so hot, I’m hoping to have a better experience with the next order. I just wish there was a better quality control of the the product during delivery.Update——-My next order of 4 boxes came in very good condition. The manufacturer reached out to me and offered to refund the entire purchase. It’s much appreciated… We will see if that happens. But again, these are my go to bars. Been living a keto lifestyle for over a year. Something about these bars just makes me happy and keeps me sane. Thanks.

These are hands down the best-tasting protein bars I’ve tried over the past few years. (A distant second would be a tie between a couple of Quest Hero flavors & one Protein Puck.) A bit pricey for their size but worth it. The one drawback is that they turn mushy in warm weather, so I only buy them at a store in those 3-4 months. Otherwise just about perfect!

I have a gastric sleeve, and need extra protein boosts via bars and shakes. I have tried practically every bar out there, and many of them are disgusting. Too sweet, too chalky, bad aftertaste, etc. This bar? Don't look to it as a candy bar. It is mildly sweet, with a smooth mouthfeel. The flavors I've tried (choc mint and almond butter choc chip) are great. They go well with morning coffee, yet are sweet enough to use as a dessert. Pricey, but delightful. Highly, highly recommend.
