This is in fact a Quick Charge certified power adapter!
I specifically looked for a QC power adapter to power the Ubiquiti CloudKey Gen2 Plus. I was extremely happy to learn that this device will power the CloudKey after the POE power, unfortunately, died on the device leaving me without a way to control the Ubiquiti network.I looked for about an hour at Walmart to find a QC device, but never found one. At first I thought PD power could power the CloudKey, but ended up returning the power supply and did a little research. Qualcomm has a list of device that are QC certified on their website, so I didn't mess around. I got the model number and ordered this.So I had to go a couple days without a Unifi Controller, but at as soon as it arrived, I plugged it in and held my breath for a moment of truth. Low and behold, the CloudKey powered and booted up! It's was very quick and easy to plug in.So, for anyone else who has a Gen2 Cloud Key and your POE stopped working. This is the device for you!

Charges my LG v60 in an hour!
This charger works great on my LG v60 which is also QC4 compatible. It charges my phone from 0 to 100 in about an hour. It is a little expensive but worth it to me.

This is the one you need for the LG V60
This charger uses Qualcomm 4+ which is what the LG 4+ needs to quick charge. I can fully charge mine from zero to full in less than two hours.

Price difference.
Product is no doubt a good one. However, your price is too expensive. Found one on Ebay selling for $14 only and free shipping. And it's new. A difference of $34.

Good working charger
Great for devices that support Quick Charge. HOWEVER, you are better off just getting a USB PD charger since the QC protocol is compatible with USB-PD. There is really no need to consider this product anymore, especially when USB PD chargers can be cheaper, support higher wattage (for computers and tablets), and are a little more future-oriented than this. I bought it not knowing this and do not really want to spend the money to return it...so it'll be an extra charger for on-the-go.

Overpriced charger with the same disconnect issues.
Nothing special doesn't charge any faster then qc3.0 comes with a short cord and is plagued with the same disconnect issues other chargers have

It *is* Qualcomm certified for QC 4+. Most other advertised chargers are not.
If you have a Qualcomm QuickCharge 4 or 4+ device, this is one is the few chargers sold in the US that are fully compatible with it if you want to take maximum advantage of its charging capabilities. This charger is blazing fast for my LG V60 while also managing heat.
