Powerful Resource for PLC Planning
The PLC+ Playbook is a powerful new resource that walks educators step-by-step through planning the PLC process - while emphasizing the + of PLCs - which is what people bring to the structure. The activities are easy to follow, the modules are chunked into manageable parts, and the online resources are very helpful. Our district is using this to guide teacher leaders to follow the PLC process with their colleagues.
